The mission of the TIPM is to participate in a better prevention of musculoskeletal disorders. Clients' long-term autonomy is my motto. Hence, I do not manipulate their bodies: if I do not touch you, you do not become dependant on me.
My job is to teach you how to understand and use your body in all your daily activities, so at to limit its overuse. I only work with exercises that you will ideally carry out between mirrors. I target the individual and environmental causes of musculoskeletal disorders, not their symptoms.
The difference also lies in our flexibility: I accompany you wherever you need me, be it at work, at home or in your hobbies.
TRAIN YOUR POSTURE is the Swiss ambassador of a Northern-European therapeutic approach. Sharing and confronting knowledge and paradigms is my passion. I usually work in French and in English, sometimes in Dutch and German.
