Very few know about the relevance of a good posture in their daily life... until things start going wrong!
My goal on this blog is hence to write about good and bad ways of using your body in your daily activities, and their impact on your health. We will also discuss how to become your own therapist, and how biomechanics and ergonomics can become your best friends, or remain your worst ennemies!

Let's start by a simple definition: what is posture? [...]
My definition is the following: your posture is the conscious and unconscious use that you make each muscle and joint of your body.
Altering your posture alters the way your weight is distributed accross your body tissues. Some of these distributions are healthier than others. My job is to teach you how to recognize them from each other. I will also highlight the numerous others impact of posture e.g., on psyche and charisma.
