In a typical office environment, ergonomics can solve only 10-15% of the issues. The others (e.g., wrong postures at work) need to be tackled by educating the employees.
However, "modifying the human" is not ergonomics. Ergonomics is the science of adapting the work to the worker(s).
Thanks to my paramedical education, I know how to teach people how their body should be used. I educate your employees in choosing the right working postures, understanding why and when, feeling the difference between right and wrong postures, reducing the strain on the body, etc. Doing so, I re-educate their body awareness, which allows them to be more efficiently and durably protected.
I am expert in the mechanics of the human body. Whenever this appears to be insufficient, my networks are yours. If necessary, I work with physiotherapists, psychologists, coaches, optometrists, and many others.
