At home, many hazards endanger your musculoskeletal health and the one of your children. These hazards are often similar to and combined with those you face at work: for example, PCs and tablets are now used everywhere, and can cause lower back or neck pain.
I can come to your place or advice you by cam. Together, we assess your working from home workstation, your couch, your chairs, their adjustments (incl. car seat), the way you carry out your daily activities, etc.. I have only one rule: suggestions should be simple, adapted to you and inexpensive. If you want to improve your ergonomics at home on your own, that's OK with me too: I have even written THE POSTURE MANUAL to help you with that.
