Teachers should be trained on two topics, both at the intersection of ergonomics and posture:
- as an employee, how can I protect my health from the health risks related to screen work (e.g., how can I avoid neck and back pain using a laptop or a tablet at home, how should I prepare my courses, what is ergonomic homeworking)?
- as an education specialist, how should I give good posture habits to children, how should I organize my classes to reduce the negative impacts of prolonged sitting, how to deal with digitization of teaching, which posture exercises should be included during the sports classes, etc.?
